Sister Droste taught our first freezer class today. Who would have known that making freezer meals would be so easy? Sister Droste has a wealth of information on how to freeze just about anything. We would strongly recommend you try to attend at least one of these classes.

I just BBQ'd the honey and ginger chicken and it tasted GREAT!
ReplyDeleteI've now made both the sweet n spicy (Mexican style) chicken and the bbq chicken. Both were delicious! I found that if I pound the chicken a little thinner and flatter (after it thaws and while still in the freezer bag/marinade)using the flat size (not the side with teeth) of the meat mallet, it breaks down the fibers of the chicken and it absorbs more of the marinade flavor! And it cooks a little faster. Yum...
