Sister Sakamoto and Sister Nunez taught a great class on how to make Pabellon Criollo and Tres Leches. It was a great class and everyone enjoyed the great food and great company. Here are some pictures of the activity.
My roast is in the crock pot as I type -- been there since 7AM. Smells yummy (I added tomato), but I can't wait to turn it into the shredded meat from this class. Didn't think of getting the stuff to make the cake, though -- drats! Next time...
